What Is A Hip Bridge Exercise
The hip bridge exercise develops a high, toned, rounded butt. Essentially you need to get down on the floor, lay down on your back, bend your legs in a 45 degree angle, raise your hips forming a straight line, pause at the top then lower your body to the floor.
