How to get there
Seeing the goal is the easy part. Getting there is mostly small, boring habits kept up for months: eating a little less than you burn, moving most days, and not quitting after a bad week. These guides from our sister site PopularHealth are a good place to start.

Each model comes in three body types (apple, pear and hourglass, or round, pear and balanced for the man), each in 17 weight steps of about 10 pounds, adjusted for height. The first model is a set of pre-rendered 3D turns; the other two are front-view images generated from the same steps. Your inputs pick the closest step, so treat it as a picture of the direction you are heading, not an exact preview of you. The models top out at about 250 lb (113 kg).
This is a visualization, not a medical tool. It does not measure body fat, health or a healthy weight for you. For that, talk to your doctor. Your height and weights are not stored or sent anywhere.
