  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Thai red chiili pepper chopped
  • zest from 1 lime
  • juice from 1 lime
Salad
  • 4 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced in long strips
  • 1/2 English cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanuts chopped (optional)
