Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons frozen Acai Berry Packs OR 4 Acai Berry Powder*
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 super ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter I used peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey + more for serving

Granola & Topping:

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 small-medium honeycrisp apples chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree homemade if possible
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or 1 more tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • seeds, berries/stone fruits, edible flowers and nut butter, for topping
