1 small red capsicum, blackened, peeled, seeded & thinly sliced
1½ cup butternut pumpkin, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbsp baharat
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup cooked chickpeas
1 cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp each sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & pistachio

Dressing:

2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp ex virgin olive oil
Good pinch salt
1 tsp zaatar
½ tsp orange blossom water
½ tsp pomegranate molasses
Isot, to garnish
