½ teaspoon cumin

¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

⅓ cup nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon tapioca starch

½ lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon organic miso* (optional)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish
